John Riddles Custom Skinner Quartersawn Sycamore Dark Brown Sheath

This knife is custom made by Knifemaker John Riddles of Oklahoma City.   The steel is ATS 34 stainless.  The blade is cyrogenically treated in liquid nitrogen, double drawn at 350 degrees for one hour each draw.  Hardness is rc 59-61, closer to 61.  Bolster and mosaic pins are 400 stainless steel.  Blosters are hand textured.  Handle is a unique stablized Quartersawn Sycamore.  It has some hand file work on the spine.  Hand sewn and dyed dark brown leather belt sheath by the maker.  Knife is 7 1/4" long.
