This Custom Model 400 Buck Knife is Designed and hand autograghed By Chuck Buck. The blade is BG-42 stainless steel. This Limited Edition was limited to 500 knives. Each one was tested for hardness and the rockwell hardness was individually recorded on the Certificatr of Authenticity. This is knife number 016/500 and was tested to a Rockwell Hardness of 61. The set includes a brown leather belt sheath, A glass topped display case with the Chuck Buck Signature Series Logo, Sambar stag handle with stainless pins, Curved nickel silver guard, a Certificate of Authenticity, and a individually signed letter from Chuck Buck, Chairman/CEO, Buck Knves, Inc, discribing the the details of the knife. This is a great package ready to display. The knife is made to collect but it is built to use. This was also Chuck's first effort at a special, limited edition knife. It is a great knife!
